.. I noticed that you are using DesktopAviator Fuel selector me too, I like it, but I can’T make it work properly, it works fine with the Stock C172 but not with my Carenado CT206H (It’s function but nothing shows up visually, I tried setup via FSIPUC but no good (-:
I got the G500 from DesktopAvaitor as well, and this one work like champ, I can even run the G530 with this module
Cheers
Fantastic. I echo Paul’s comment, You’re an inspiration to us all. Congratulations on a job well done. I hope Mrs BFG doesn’t resent the time spent on it and not hanging pictures, etc. 🙂
Well done. You were a brave man to dismantle a perfectly working & stable flight sim. But I guess you had no choice. Now it’s fresh in your memory; can you tell me the distance of the projector lens from the screen and the distance from the front of the cockpit frame to the projector screen? Have you had to change your screen settings because of your new flight sim location?
Thanks. From the photos it looks like the projector lens doesn’t line up with the centre line of the screen and the cockpit. It’s slightly left of centre. Is that right?
I can only echo Paul’s comment, You’re an inspiration to us all. Fantastic work. Looks better than the original. But I wonder, did you get any grief from Mrs BFG for the time spent on the rebuild rather than re-hanging pictures, etc., in the home? 😉
Excellent work!
wahhooo …. looks really good, with this setup, I assume, you will need Monster Rig to run it
Cheers

Thanks. And I rebuilt the sim only after all the other unpacking was finished!

I’ll try to measure, but the projector is maybe 16 inches and the screen perhaps two inches. Very close. And it seems pretty stable save one USB hub …

Correct. I account for it in the projector and sim settings.
And yes I’ve adjusted the screen settings …
Please can you publish the new settings. Thanks
