I set my right-side monitor as my main monitor in the PC, and X-Plane then sees it as such. I then went into the X-Plane graphics settings and adjusted them so it showed the side view and not the forward view.

First, you need the SPAD.neXt X-Plane edition. Make sure you have it and not vanilla SPAD. Second, you keep running SPAD.neXt when you run X-Plane, yes? Do not close it. Hi. The F1 750 for P3D is fantastic and works great on the touchscreen monitor. The RealityXP version for X-Plane is also supposed to be great, but as yet I’m unable to drag it to another monitor, so I can’t say how well it really works. RXP says thy know of the issue and that it will be resolved soon / when XP11 is out of beta.

I’ll echo 538TM’s comments. Any .png editor can change the gauge color to anything you desire. I use PhotoShop for one of my jobs, so it’s available to me, but there are a number of cheap/free options.
