..had Panel Builder up & running for my CT206H within 20 Min, all six pack properly configured with all suitable variants, after all, it is only Click-Away  .. no “Waiting” time  for somebody to come up with the desire gauges, no messing with Graphic apps and ,definitely, no need to struggle with scrips and coding.

IMHO. The fact the your even need to deal with those things instead doing what you here for ( Flying) tells you something ….. I think the definition is Time Consuming ..lol

No argue about the quality of the Panels AM got the upper hand, performance and accuracy, well, they are okay with AM , and I did not checked and compered with PB so it’s hard for me to tell …..

..Agreed the community are great place with lot of people that will help, but

A. I do not have Photoshop and nor I have any graphic editing experience, same apply to scripting,

B. Don’t have the desire as well, (I’m here to fly), I think that the quality of AM with the simplicity of Panel Builder is the winning situation ..

Let hope that we will get to this day …lol

oh yeah, AM is superb and easy to install, and use It is evolving and still kind of Pre-Mature I see the potential in this product. However, we need to bear in mind that: AM is one man or almost one man operation, mean we need to really on our Skills or the Good Will of the Community when it comes to new gauges or modifying existing ones. I’m flying the Carenado CT206H, and since I do not have the required Skills to create or modify gauges .. so no use for me (-:

.I’m running AM on seconders Rig, and I”m +1 with you on eliminating the mouse and Keyboard for max immersion, however, it is not that easy particularity when it comes to X-plane to make them all work as desired.

…on the Pre-Build be very careful with compatibility, I’m using M- Panel which I would say is almost my best investment, however, when it comes to XP, well VRInsight doesn’t really care about XP, and thus is working via XPUIPC Plugin, it has only partial functionality !

….IMHO, for flying purposes even those Generic  Made in China will be sufficient, I’m running my Navigation on CHUWI Hi8 4 Core up to 2.1Ghz Hi Resolution 1920×1200 and it works great

….. it is amazing how Software designer mind is setup… on one hand they giving you tons of eycandy stuff, state of the are tech to make things look as real as possible, and handful of feature that to many of us will never use or don’t have the capabilities to even understand what they mean, and on the other hand they are neglecting to furnish you with some basic and so obvious things like the one mentioned above, and another thing, (just for example), did you guys tried to distribute weight, cuz LR think that weight & Balance is not that important when you fly an AC   …. weird….LOL

updated, and got this nvoglv64.dll updated NV Drive to the latest one and still get XP11 CTD …. thought XP11 is Immune …. lol

Not sure, if the update is the reason, and not sure which direction to point to, is the OS or the Sim to be blamed for …

…. Air Manager is a great product as long as you have some skills in graphic design and handling scrips, their gauges are superb and interface is evolving. If you have no desire or ambitions in getting into those realms, I think  Panel-Builder will be a better choice
