What is the secret keyword for setting the turn knobs on a FIP to affect the barometer?

Using SPAD.next, which allows you to assign commands to the knobs. I don’t remember what the command was in P3D, but in X-Plane you send a sim event for “barometer” (it’s called that or something like that – I just searched the sim event field) and increment 1 clockwise and decrement by 1 counter-clockwise.

In the SPAD.neXt FIP screen click on the knob and you can add an event for either a clockwise or counter-clockwise turn. Select either one, and make the selection to send a simulator event (or it might say simulator command – I don’t recall). In the search box of the dialogue that opens search for “barometer” and it should be among those commands. There is both a barometer up and barometer down command.

I tried that, and what basically happens is the Barometer just spins like crazy…
I think that there is also a factor of the units per tick somewhere… can’t get it right.
