Given the limits of hosting space, we won’t be allowing the upload of videos and images to the forums. You can easily share images that are already in the cloud, however.
To post a YouTube / Vimeo video: Simply paste the “share” URL of the video into your message.
To post a photo: Click the image button in the forum post editor (it look like a picture) and either paste the URL in the window that pops up, or select an image for upload. Uploaded images must be JPEG, PNG, or GIF format. The maximum file size is 256M, and the maximum size of any post is 256M.

How can we add a pictures saved in cell camera roll?

You can’t as that would mean being able to upload it to my site, and I don’t want to take on hosting everyone’s images and videos. The easiest way would be to save the image in the cloud at Dropbox, iCloud, or the Windows cloud drive and then you can post the URL. There are a bunch of photo hosting services as well: Google+ Photos, Flickr, Smugmug, Imgur, etc.No longer the case. See the pinned post.
